Be very careful about the supplement that you pick. Supplements are not
required to carry a full list of their inactive ingredients. Several years
ago, I accidentally picked up a bottle of calcium supplement that was
buffered in lactose, but not labeled as such. I have since learned that, if
the bottle doesn't explicitly say dairy-free, I have to call the
manufacturer to check the ingredients.
