The Swiss also has casein, but if you go to the Galaxy foods homepage
(www.galaxyfoods.com) they have a whole line made without any milk products
(casein not present) that you can order through their page.  Types of
"cheeses" that they make without casein are "american style", "mozzarella",
"cream cheese", and  "chedder".
