I breastfed...and let me tell you, he had the allergies.  I was violently ill while pregnant with any dairy products. It took me a long while to figure it out. I nursed him and he was sick. Not gaining weight and all the other usual behaviors.

So, in my case....my breastmilk was causing him harm.
