Hi gang! I've been off the list for awhile; I hope everyone's doing fine.
Our family has been no/low dairy for years due to my daughter's allergies.
An interesting fact came up today. My hubby went to the doc because he's
been having dreadful leg cramps at night. All of his bloodwork re
potassium/calcium/magnesium levels were fine. He has avoided nutrasweet for
years. Doc said she recently read an article about lactose intolerance
causing leg cramps... does anyone know more about this? How much is too
much? Hubby often eats frozen low fat yogurt for dessert? Could that be
the culprit? How about occasional cheese (another one of his indulgences)?
Any other ideas?
TIA,
Jeny
