Also, look at dyes, sulfites and phosphates.  When my kids have strong dyes,
they become hyper and aggressive.  The same with sulfites and phosphates,
which can be found in processed meats like hot dogs and sausages, balognes,
hams etc. and in canned products.... even things like frozen tater tots.
