I was just on the train coming home, sitting in my scooter reading a
book, when a man standing next to me deliberately touched the back of
my neck (38 degrees celcius today - nearly 100 farenieght, so I was
wearing a sun dress) for NO reason.  I looked up and he said `sorry',
I stared him down and said `DO you mind?', he said `no I don't', and
he then got off at the next station.  How weird is that??  I mean, it
wasn't like he accidentally bumped into me, he deliberately touched
me!
Very strange.
