Hi Kyle,

I've taken echinacea for over 10 years, beginning at the onset of flu
season
- in October, with official season beginning in November, and running
through
April, based our clinic traffic. Normally prone to flu, then pneumo, I've
had
neither in years :) Thanks to echinacea. I also take garlic oil caps and Vit
C
(extra) during flu season. Again, the magnesium will help, too, as if I'm
not
fatigued, my system isn't run down and therefore I'm not setting myself up
to
get sick. Fresh fruit drinks, and fresh veggie drinks (thanks to juice
extractor) are great sources of good vits :)

To maintain a certain level of energy throughout the day, I take Carnation
Instant Breakfast (chocolate is yums). This is especially helpful when my
chewing mechanism has gone to hell and the gag-choke reflex is present. At
least I'm getting nutrition.

Cheers!

Carla
