I've heard rumour that the guvment is thinking about shoving the time ahead
another couple of hours to help ward off an energy crisis this summer.  The
thinking is that people would leave their lights off longer.  I don't know
if the net effect would be all that much since we use other electrical
devices that suck up lots more current than lighting.  Go figure.
