Thank you for all of your great info! I had a fantastic trip to
CDA, I found a great restaurant called Jimmy D's.right downtown at 320
Sherman..(208)664-9774 ..owned by Chip and Lisa Thomas. Chip is the
Chef Extraordinaire!!! His wife Lisa is also a foodserver there. The
first time we dined there the waitress was Lesley. When she saw I came
back she was very excited and happy to see that I didn't blow up! That
was so funny, I guess I was a little intimidating with my card and
restrictions. I dined there four times in one week. Lunch and dinner.
The chef always had something wonderful to suggest. I did show my card
as a guide, Chip wasn't always there but he was a phone call away for
the on duty chef to contact him. He made some great dishes with FLAVOR
and SAUCES. It was so refreshing!

I also found the health food store at 1316 4th. "Pilgrims Trip to
Bountiful" They had lots of GF groceries and offered to order any thing
I may need in the future.

I am looking forward to meeting with the group in Spokane, referred
by Mimi.

It is very exciting to be moving to such a GF friendly area!
Thanks again for all the useful information on the town.

You all are GREAT.

Jeanne
