I received two responses. Neither had tried Alpha Nutrition, but in
response to my request for nutritious but easy to digest food during
recovery I received the following:

1. You may also need to avoid all dairy for a year or two, Linda.
Many of us are lactose intolerant till our gut heals.

2. Suggestion. . .Do a Celiac diet and leave off ALL DAIRY AND SOY as
well. Then, add back one thing at a time. I have a feeling you have become
allergic and sensitive to many things. Also, the good germs in the
digestive track seem to have a heck of a time surviving some forms of
this NHL. We have to put back what is being destroyed every day.

NON-DAIRY ACIDOLPHILUS--2 before each meal
NATURAL ENZYME FORMUA to help you digest food--2 to 3 (it will vary for me)

Just try this at first, it is worth it for the next few days. (lets say
for 5 days) Do not take over-the-counter digestive aids or Lactaid
pills. Keep the stool loose by taking a couple of Fiber Pills. Look at
the ingredient label and keep the soy, milk, wheat and gluten products
out of your intestines. Give it a rest.

My opinion only but I know what you are talking about and I've been
through the wringer with the digestive stuff. I am doing much better
now but I have to stay attentive.
