The next meeting of the Austin Celiac Support Association is scheduled for
April 18, 2001 at 7 p.m.  The meeting will be held at Tarrytown United
Methodist Church, 2601 Exposition Blvd., room 208.

Our speaker is Kathy Christian from the Nutrition Department at the
University of Texas.  She will speak to us about the new ADA guidelines for
the gluten-free diet.

Gluten free snacks will be provided compliments of Ener-G foods.  If you
