Hi folks,
Question for you. I've just read Potatoes Not Prozac - by Kathleen
DesMaisons. It's very good and discusses sugar-sensitivity - or
sugar-addiction. I don't want to bore you with the details but am
wondering if any of you have tried her 7 steps? I have and feel great
but due to gluten intolerance and dairy allergies am limited to what I
can eat from her ideas. Have any of you heard of PNP? Or tried the 7
steps? Let me know.
