I got a lot of requests for the results of what I found out from my
question regarding GF turkeys in the DC area.

Here are the responses:

*I think the main problem with most turkey is the MSG that is sometimes
used in the processing. I've recently posted information on Honeysuckle
White brand turkeys, and we have confirmation from HW that all their
turkey products are GF. Deli meats, frozen and fresh. I hope this helps.

*shady brook farms turkey is GF and can usually be found at giant in our
area.
