Hi listmates,
With my question about what to do with chestnut flour, I certainly "stumped
the group".
I found that there is chestnut flour and water chestnut flour and that they
are not the same.
Also that it is very rarely used and very expensive.
Someone also mentioned that this month's Martha Stewart magazine has some
chestnut recipes.
Through internet search engines I found some sites by putting in "chestnut
flour" seems to be used more in Europe.
Anyway I'll have to experiment after the holidays.
Hope you all have happy and safe holidays,
Ria from NJ
