This is for those who have other grains that they must avoid in addition
to glutens - such as soy, corn - and have trouble finding a beef/chicken
broth.  I just received a package for meat stocks from Spices, Etc.
(beef, chicken and pork).  I was very pleased with the beef.  I had used
the beef extract from Ener-G in the past, but this was much better.
There was no bitter taste to it.  This is a powdered product.  They have
a website:  www.spicesetc.com.    They have many other spices and blends
