I know that oatmeal is controversial, and generally on the no-no list.
My husband, the diagnosed celiac, doesn't like oatmeal anyway. Our
children, none of whom have been diagnosed w/ celiac, sometimes enjoy
oatmeal. We are gradually weaning the entire family off the offending
glutens.
I was wondering if anyone knew the European opinion of the gluten status
of McCann's Irish Oatmeal. It lists as the sole ingredient 100% Irish
Oatmeal.
Please, no flames. I know that the majority opinion is going to be,
"toss those d***** oats out NOW." I'm looking to hear from anyone who
takes a more liberal approach to oats, particularly those in Europe.

Pam
