The letter I recieved today, dated 7/26/00 from Ron Sagerson, President
of Stretch Island Fruit states the following regarding their Fruit
Leathers (available at health food stores):

The follwoing flavors contain only fruit ingredients and are there fore
gluten free to the best of our knowledge:
Tangy Apricot, Sour Apple, Great Grape, Berry Blackberry, Rare
Raspberry, Organic Apple, Organic Grape, Organic Raspberry.

Flavors which contain natural flavor ingreditns MAY contain alcohol from
distilled grains of unknown origin:
 Chunky Cherry, Truly Tropical, Sweet Strawberry, Organic Strawberry.
