When I went gluten free I lost 25 lbs. (actually I wasn't totally gf
because of the hidden things I found/find subsequently).
Now 20 of those lbs. has returned.
All I eat is protein (meat, fish, chicken), veggies, a little fruit,
water & wine, cheese.
I exercise.
Any thoughts on why I've gained & how to lose, buddies?
