Have posted this msg last week, but it never showed up.

So, I re-poste it.

Very good Italian restaurant in Lighthouse Point on US 1 near Sample rd.
It is Cafe Arugula.  The Chef-owner has a celiac sister and knows all about
the diet.  He carry GF pasta.

I also eat at Steak & Ale.  I have lobster tails there, with baked potato
and salad bar.  Bring my own vinaigrette.

Also, Shells.  Very good seafood.

And there is Outback steak house.  Many eat steaks there.

For the 3 last ones, check in the Yellow pages for the adresses, as they a
chain restaurants and have many sites.l
