Hi,
I have recently discovered the Zatarain's line of spices and
seasonings at a local specialty foods shop and was wondering
if anyone had any info as to their gluten free status?  I
tried finding them on the Internet without luck and the shop
wasn't able to give me any help finding a contact for them.

Any info I could get would be wonderful and I will post any
responses I receive.
