Hello, I have read about the bakery in FL that sells gf millet flour breads
and rolls, etc. Since I can't afford to buy the minimum - not to mention,
have the freezer space to store it! - I thought I'd experiment on my own.
I used the ingredients listed on the bakerys breads list and just 'winged'
the amounts. What a disaster... I have never tasted anything so awful in
my life, not to mention that the 'loaf' was about 1/2" high. So, does
anyone out there have a 'real' recipe for this bread? I don't need muffin
recipes, my mom came up with a killer one, I'm more interested in the
focacia, sandwich bread or roll type recipes. Thanks!!
