can't comment on the testosterone parts of your post, but this caught my
eye:

I think a lot of regularity issues have to do with food intolerances. "Loads
of veggies" could include veggies that you are intolerant to. New world
foods are especially problematic for some. I discovered that I have a
problem with tomatoes and to some extent peppers. I don't eat tomatoes or
tomato products any more and I am careful to keep pepper intake low and this
makes a big difference.

I would not be surprised if acne is more connected with food intolerances
than to a dirty colon. The colon responds to food intolerances and makes
these very evident.
