That's interesting.  My temperature upon awakening is *always*
under 97.0 -- today it was 96.6.  But 96.2 is not uncommon.
During the day it is seldom as high as 98.6.

When I went on the Zone diet, at 20 "blocks" per day (i.e., about
2000 cal), my morning temperature was 94.8, and my hands were cold
all day.
