Doggone it, Brad, do you think perhaps your sprinting might have improved
because you got stronger from lifting? There's a synergy, all right, but
the only way to see if sprinting made you stronger in squatting would be to
just squat once a month or so as a test....

Now if you want to get really good at vertical jumping for B ball, look
into Plyometrics. These teach your body to exploit your strength more
efficiently. They'll improve your sprint, too, but don't blame the
sprinting:)
