Granted, the amounts of each food can vary widely, and reports can be cited
to support nearly any configuration.

My example was illustrative, not prescriptive - somewhere between all-veg
and all-meat.  Personally, I get along well with 3 lb. of meat/fish per
week, which puts me on what might be termed the left wing of the spectrum,
given the prevailing ethos of this gang.
