Life is harsh; this is nothing.  "Ain't no thing," as I would have said
fifteen years ago.  I am aware that there would be an additional burden on
the college by having to provide this kind of training.

If the information given in the AP article is correct though (IF it is
correct), this woman may have been denied services because of her disability.
 In saying that, I am assuming that colleges are considered businesses by the
ADA.  Keri intended to pay for the service of being providing with an
education.

The judicial system is tied up; I realize that.  On the other hand, I
wouldn't want to dismiss a case because the wheels of justice weren't going
to grind as quickly as most would desire.
