You need to look at a few things here. First. Make sure your fans are
clean and running properly. There is a fan on your power supply and one
on your cpu. Get a can of compressed air at any computer store or Radio
Shack or where ever. Use it to blow out the dust in the fans. Second.
Update your virus definitions and do a scan of your system. Third. Try
to remember what you were doing the last time you were on the pc. You
said this happened 2 months ago. You may be using a program that is
conflicting with windows. These are 3 areas to look at. If none help,
