Are you speaking of JAWS for Windows or JAWS for DOS?  Also are you speaking
of the Unix version of Pine accessible through a shell account or PCPine?
When posting to a mailing list about software, it is best to specify as much
information as possible including OS of each item and version number.

As both DoIt and Pine development are based at the University of Washington,
have you considered a cross-campus collaboration with the pine folks?
