There is a program called Tweak UI that allows more control over certain Windows
functions, such as the Recycle Bins.  This program will allow you to turn off,
then delete any Recycle Bin you choose.  As it is a free program, I would be
happy to send you a copy of it if you like.  (I don't attach ANYTHING unless the
person knows its coming AND i KNOW what I send out is virus free as I am rabid
about keeping my VirusScan definition files up to date and a full scan is run on
EVERY file on ALL my hard disks every night.)

Anyone who wants a copy of this program, just let me know.  And PLEASE use the
Subject Line Tweak UI so I can find the requests more easily in the enormous
volume of email I get.
