eSight Strengths Marketing Program (eSM)
eSight Careers Network invites you to apply for our
new job search preparation program.
eSight Strengths Marketing Program (eSM) is an
intensive job search preparation program that will
help you market your strengths more effectively and
systematically. You still do all the work; we just
help you be more effective at it.
This full-time program will involve four weeks of
rigorous work. You will be guided through eSight's
resources and will receive -- via e-mail daily --
assignments geared to help you set up your contact
management system, develop your presentation and
networking skills and identify your strengths.
These four weeks of intensive work will be followed by
four weeks of phone-based career coaching.
If you are ready to aggressively approach your career
search and you'd like to be considered as an applicant
for this new program, then complete the application at
http://www.esight.org/forward.cfm?pid=29.
This program will not be available to the public until
next year.
If you volunteer to participate in this program while
we are evaluating its effectiveness you will receive
individual attention from our job coaches -- just as
future participants will, but you will not have to pay
the program fees. All we ask is that you participate
full time for four weeks and complete all assignments
and evaluations.
This offer is only available to members of eSight
Careers Network.
