I believe that is a virus, maybe a klez virus.  I've seen messages like
this on other lists.  I think the virus takes addresses from address
books, mixes them up with subjects from read mail and send out these kinds
of messages without the person infected knowing of it.  Someone on this
list has this virus.  Again, I'm not sure, but think it's the Klez
virus. If so, it's a nasty one, and the infected person needs to clean it
up and keep up to date virus definitions always.
