ONE MORE WORD ON CURRENCY CHANGES. THE SAME MONEY AND EFFORT TO EDUCATE
THE MOTOREST ABOUT "WHITE CANES", WHAT THEY MEAN TO THE USERS AND THE
FAILURE OF LAW INFORCEMENT TO INFORCE THOSE LAWS WOULD SAVE MOR LIVES
AND INJURIES. MONEY SIZE IS NOT A LIFE THREATENING ISSUE. BETTER
INFORCMENT AND STANDARDIZING LAWS NATION-WIDE WOULD BE A FAR BETTER
EMPLOYMENT OF OUR LIMETED FUNDS. IT WOULD SAVE MORE LIVES. GORDON WAHL
