Greetings listers,
I posted this originally to AccessUK and AVIOS lists but have received no
replies so am reposting and additionally sending to two other access lists
in the hope of a solution.

Greetings listers,
I am looking for software which will enable me to keep track of when a file
was last accessed and what accessed it. I do not mean when it was last
changed, though that would obviously be an access, I merely want to know
when the file was last touched in any way at all - even if listed in a
listview under explorer or even if viewed in dos.
What I am after, is to find redundent files on my system and, if it would
be possible to have something I can run and on presenting to it a list of
files, it would, for instance, tell me:
c:\my documents\phonelist.doc - Accessed to read 26/09/2001 at 15:22:19
Any ideas folks? I don't want it to change the way my system works now.
Cheers.
