We distributed the Associated Press story on these atm's here on vicug-l.
The AP story said the machines were located in the new U.S. Bankcorp
Center.  Marge Utke-Christianson, the director of atm services at the
bank, and Joyce Scanlan, the President of the National Federation of the
Blind of Minnesota were quoted in the article.  You might call either or
both of these people directly and ask for directions and help in locating
the talking atm.  Let them know your experience.  Access isn't worth much
if people don't know about it or can't use it.  Report back as to your
experience.  I'm waiting for our first talking atm here in chicago.
