Yes, Richard, I get respiratory problems, sinus infections, allergies if I
stray from paleo.

Richard, I'm not sure but my dr had me on a ton of antibiotics so I ahve
many of the same problems Larry does. If I stay on very low carb and do not
stray from paleo I feel good.
