Very true. I know I sometimes fall in to the old "true believer" mode
(this
is the one best way).

I have read that 25% of the population can do fine on a higher carb
diet.
Everyone needs to find there own nutritional path.
This list is interesting because different peoples experiences give me
ideas
to experiment and find what works best for me.
