Kosher for Passover only has to do with grains, and in the US, corn and
legumes.  It still must be labeled Parve for it to be void of dairy or
dairy contamination.  Coke that is K-Passover will not have any corn
syrup or other corn ingredients in it.  The dairy status should not
change.
