Either I can issue a change command, or a subscriber can issue one
themself, if they have login access to both addresses, or at least the
ability to send mail from the old address. The procedure. From the old
address, send in the command (to [log in to unmask]):

CHANGE no-milk your_new_addr

A cookie is sent to the new address and MUST be confirmed from there,
exactly as it was entered, or the command will fail.
