Have her keep a journal of what she eats and compare it to the
moods/crying of the baby.  I had to eliminate all dairy, eggs, apples,
oranges, peanuts..... if I had ONE cookie with dairy in it he would scream
all night.  The benefits were that I could keep nursing AND I lost a heck of
a lot of weight!  ;)
