I don't eat any dairy products and find "Florentina Dairy Free Vegetarian
Parmezano", which is is a parmeson style cheese very tasty. It is GM Free
and contains the following ingredients:
GM Free Soya Flour 69%, Partially Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil 17%, Salt,
Natural Colouring (Annatto), Flavouring. You can store it in a cool place
(not the fridge) and it lasts 60 days. It's also in a small container and
is easy to take on holidays. It costs £1.10.

The suppliers are:
St Giles Foods Limited - Manufactured in the UK for:
Morehands Limited
Units 4-5 Church Trading Estate
Slade Green Road
Erith
Kent
DA8 2JA

Also toffutti do a range of cheeses, including a soft cheese which is
absolutely delicious. There is a hard cheese available named "Cheesley" as
well which is stocked at Tescos and Health Fodd Shops. Next time I get them
I'll post the details onto this site.

Good Luck in the future.
