    Honey is demeaning if it comes from another woman.

    Honey is demeaning if it comes from anyone who is a complete
    stranger to you. (also, sweetie, love, sugar, babe, dearie, sweetheart
    etc.  And WHY are these terms usually only used to refer to women?!?!)
