As far as I know Microsoft reader is unusable by us with screen
readers.  Their next version of the reader is supposed to be accessible
with its own speech.  This doesn't help you running it on your computer
though.  I haven't heard that the PC application will be accessible, just
the stand alone reader.  Someone please jump in and correct me if this is
wrong.
