Hi Philip,
I've got a question for you. Do you use a cyclic ketogenic diet in
conjunction with your weight lifting schedule? Are you specifically in
ketosis at all, or do you just eat a mainly meat diet. I'm interested
because my husband and I have been weight training for a few months now. His
goal is strength and more muscle mass specifically for karate, rather than
for bodybuilding. I lift weights for strength and tone. I've visited your
website and the info was very interesting, thanks. I belong to a couple of
low carb lists and one of them seems to be mad into the CKD. I was really
wondering if it is necesary to carb-up to build muscles, or can you just eat
a paleo, high protein diet, which I do anyway.
Your input (or anyone else's) would be much appreciated,
thanks, Bridget.
