Under Lipoprotein Profile's major guidelines, the following caught my
eye.....
"Substitute grains and unsaturated fatty acids *FROM* vegetables,
fish,
legumes, and nuts." (emphasis added is mine.) Maybe I'm dense today,
but
this statement is a puzzle to me.... Anyone care to enlighten me on
it's
