Anything that is labeled "Pareve" not only has no dairy in it, it also contains no meat.

meanwhile "Cafe Twists" are a great lactose free snack--three
flavors-raspberry, mocha and chocolate chip.
I know Trader Joe's carries them but I've heard they are in other markets as
well.
