I can't help with chain restaurants, but if you go into any Kosher restaurant that serves meat, there will not be anything dairy in the restaurant due to the kosher laws.

With summer vacation season upon us does anyone know of any chain
restaurants where you can be pretty confident about getting a dairy-free
meal. My milk-allergic son rarely gets anything from a restaurant other
than a hamburger happy meal from McDonalds. But I get tired of McDonalds
pretty fast and would like to have some other options. Thanks.
