OJ you are still silence about my mail and Fye samateh's question of what you
have done for Serrekunda. O.J. you were not dispcipline you wre just a
manupulator and people thinking you are friendly and helpful but no you are a
snake. You paint glory words pictures of your politics withou doing anything what so
ever to contribute towards a better Gambia. You are talkative clouding the peoples
brain by easy self flattering words of glories.
You deprived many a people of their life giving significance whilst you always
claim that politics is a subject of reason which infact it is. You blindly see and deafly
hear the views of the masses, and behave like a parrot in any gathering you
happened to be in other to defend your deeds and turning their attentions away
from fundamental necessities. Yopur this parrot-like behaviours explains to us why
you and your PPP failed miserably. .
Your government should stand on moral and ethic valuation towards corruption
and inefficiency, to build an environment of social agreement to what is good an
desirable. But instead you bankrupt the state, these are of the numerous your sold
on auction:
THE DOCKYARD, THE COTTON GINERY, THE GAMBIA RIVER
TRANSPORT (GRT), THE GAMBIA COMMERCIAL & DEVELOPMENT BANK,
THE FISHERIES COMPANIES, THE FORT AT MAcARTHY
You contributed to the raping our homeland. unfair justice, inefficiency,
embezzlement, mismanagement, corruption etc. O.J. economical and personal
values makes things easy to dominate and really we do feel powerless, believing
that the things we can effort to buy gives the happiness, comfort and identity we
need that we would get a me. But identity is not to owe as much as possible of
luxury than much more of ourselves. That means we sometimes have to get
privilege and live right with our feelings we have our own inside experiences. Due
to your past political attitude definitely you are not qualifiedas UN volunteer in
East-Timor, O.J. responsibility have to be learned both in theory and practice your
irresponsibility together with your collegues lead the Gambia people to entire
poverty, hunger, malnutrition and at the end a miserable death.
You aand your PPP led government didn't know exactly what you were working for,
looking or achieving but still clinching to power. Ideas came and went, plans
floating in and out of your minds.
O.J. been the first appointed minister of Water Resources & Environment in january
of 1981 and later deployed to the Ministry of Agriculture. You didn't do anything to
investigate the fisheries saga involving your elder brother Ebrima. You got the
chance to show us the rule of law and independent judiciary but your turn a blind
eye and a deaf ear tothe whole saga. Your brother whilst working at the
department of fisheries he stole and sold merchandise like fishing nets, outboards
motors etc. amounting to hundreds of thousands or perhaps millions. He was
neither arrested nor convicted he was only interdicted and appointed as
Administration Manager at the Gambia River Transport, later Administration
Manager at the Social Security & Housing Finance Co-operation (SSHFC) and last
at the Gambia Produce Marketing Board without any consequence of his crimes.
O.J. been the minister of Agriculture received a grant from Japan Government the
sum of 36,850,000 dalasis (THIRTY-SIX MILLION, EIGHT HUNDRED AND FIFTY
THOUSAND DALASIS) for the K2 project. WHAT HAPPENED? Where is the
money or the K" Project. O.J. during you era the land was not rule by the system of
democracy with an independent judiciary nor the rule of law O.J. you were boasting
about yourselve,
O.J. a leader must have the ability to organise, deliberate, decide, execute and the
capacity to arouse trust and affection to gain popular support. But you were not that
type of leaders. This aspect of leadership is closely related to the ability to take
determined stand and to express a belief without equivocation.
What really gives rise to deep feelings of remorse and bitterness is that the flames
of this malignant, devastating state of affairs was kindled by the enemies of the
people who were the Jawara lead government. Your government was only
investing 11,2% of the GNP on health whilst 20% is being spent on abroad
allowances and fuel to the numerous cars you and your conterparts we allocated
used both on official and unofficial duties. Fuel sponsored by the tax payers
whocannot afford privat school for their children or neither a table or desk.
