Thank you to all the wonderful people who helped me over another big
adjustment in diet!Firstly,I must mention that I live in a small coastal
town in South Africa,which is probably why they don't stock Egg
Replacer,which is what was overwhelmimngly recommended.I will look into
this.Other recommendations were 1 Tablespoon soy flour and 2 T water
Pureed fruit,banana's and apple Arrow root Flaxseeds recipe,which along
with many other ideas was sent to me and I will send to you on request
as it is quite long,but explains what different functions are in recipes
,and amounts etc.to substitute with.  The site below is excellent,and
well worth a visit.Thanks again,I tried my favourite pudding recipe
using apple puree and it was good!
