I recently changed my diet to go off dairy. It resulted in
continuing tiredness and a cold that I've had for 2 weeks.
I went back to my prior eating habits & am getting better fast.
Here's what I added:
skip peanut butter
vans waffles
maple syrup
Hebrew national hotdogs
Here's what I eliminated:
gf mozzarella cheese
Anybody know why?
Could something in the peanut butter cause the problem?
