I recently spoke with Bill Byrne of the Syracuse-based Byrne Dairy. He
seemed to be relatively well-informed about gluten. He stated that all
Byrne Dairy milk products, except those with obvious gluten (i.e. cookies
and cream ice cream) are GF. This includes the mix for soft-serve ice
cream. I have been enjoying that with no problems--even the chocolate! The
Byrne Dairy number is: 1.800.724.1238.
